Site Reliability Engineer

Planned Systems International (PSI) is an Enterprise IT services company that designs, builds, secures, and operates software solutions for Federal Government organizations. The Site Reliability Engineer will support the Tactical Assault Kit/Team Awareness Kit Product Center by ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of CI/CD pipelines and critical infrastructure while developing automation and improving operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor system health, responding to incidents, and preventing future issues
• Contribute to cost-savings strategies, performance optimization, and the continuous improvement of our DevOps practices
• Patch systems proactively to increase reliability and properly document all changes
• Write reports, development notes, and wikis for supporting documentation

Requirements:

• Active T3 investigation, with the ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances as required for access to classified information
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification
• Bachelor degree in computer science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience
• 3+ years technical experience in systems/network administration
• Experience with Linux and cloud computing (AWS preferred)
• Experience with containerization to optimize cloud use
• CI/CD pipeline system experience and familiarization with relevant artifacts, and products
• Zero Trust implementation experience
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
