Sales Development Representative

Clarvos is hiring a Sales Development Representative to own the top of our sales funnel and help build our outbound go-to-market motion. You will generate and qualify pipeline for growth-focused ecommerce and CPG brands through cold email, LinkedIn, and personalized video outreach, and hand off qualified, booked meetings to our Account Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage target account lists in Apollo, segmented by vertical, identifying decision-makers using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools
• Launch and manage cold email outreach campaigns per vertical through Apollo
• Run LinkedIn outreach paired with a personalized video message (Weezly) for accepted connections
• Manage a warm follow-up cadence for prospects who engage but don't book a meeting on first touch
• Qualify inbound hand-raisers and outbound responders against the Clarvos ideal customer profile
• Book qualified meetings directly onto the Account Executive's calendar, with clean context handed off for discovery
• Maintain accurate activity, reply, and meeting data within HubSpot
• Represent Clarvos' current offer accurately to prospects, including program terms and pricing
• Continuously test and improve outreach messaging, sequencing, and conversion strategies
• Collaborate closely with the Account Executive and Marketing to ensure smooth handoff and pipeline quality
• Share prospect feedback, market trends, and competitive insights with Sales leadership and Marketing

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales development, business development, or an SDR/BDR role
• Proven ability to generate and qualify pipeline through cold email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel outreach
• Comfortable with high-volume, metrics-driven prospecting work
• Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable owning a number
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable helping build sales processes in a fast-paced startup environment
• Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
• B2B SaaS experience preferred
• Familiarity with ecommerce, CPG, or digital marketing concepts a plus
