Capital Markets Manager

Mission Lane is a purpose-driven fintech company based in the U.S., focused on providing better credit options for individuals with less-than-perfect credit scores. As a Capital Markets Manager, you will build and maintain financial models related to funding activities and have direct exposure to the lifecycle of transactions across the capital stack.

Responsibilities:

• Build cutting edge financial models and tools to evaluate funding alternatives
• Partner with Credit, Data and FP&A teams to assist the development of new and existing capital markets activities
• Structure debt and equity strategies and evaluate capital structure decisions
• Set up tools to generate investor materials
• Present to investors and senior management

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, fintech or asset management
• Proficiency in complex financial modeling and structuring of asset-backed securities and corporate financials
• Ability to present and articulate complex concepts to different audiences
• Team player who can also work independently
• Strong structured and critical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent project management and organization skills
• Data analytics skills including experience working with SQL, Python, and Excel
• Familiarity with AI solutions to elevate operational efficiency
• Experience with innovative debt and equity strategies
• Interest in fintech and drive to make an impact
• Strong math and quantitative analysis skills
• Excellent academic record and most importantly a desire to keep learning
• CFA/MBA is a plus
