Lumirithmic is a company redefining computer graphics by making Hollywood-grade CGI accessible to everyone. The Digital Marketing Manager will create a measurable digital presence, translating sales priorities into actionable marketing strategies and managing various content and campaign initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Translate the ICP and sales priorities into a quarterly demand and learning plan with explicit hypotheses and measures
- Build a search strategy across technical, commercial and category-education topics, covering technical SEO, content architecture and high-intent pages
- Personally produce and edit strong articles, case studies, landing pages, one-pagers, email programmes and sales enablement assets
- Run campaign experiments across email, LinkedIn, organic search and selected paid or partner channels where justified
- Create account-aware programmes that support the Strategic Account Executive without spamming named accounts or duplicating direct outreach
- Implement practical measurement across web analytics, HubSpot and campaign tools; distinguish reach, engagement, account intent, sourced pipeline and assisted pipeline
- Interview prospects, customers, sales and product teams; convert recurring language, objections and use cases into content and positioning recommendations
- Use AI tools to accelerate research and production while applying human editorial judgment, fact-checking and brand controls
- First 30 days: complete a channel, content, analytics and SEO baseline; define audience/problem hypotheses; agree a measurement framework and editorial priorities
- By day 60: launch initial high-intent content and at least two campaign tests; establish reporting that connects engagement to target accounts and pipeline activity
- By day 90: identify the strongest problem-content-channel combinations; publish an editorial and campaign playbook; recommend where to scale, stop or redesign investment
- Growth in relevant traffic and engagement from ICP companies, not undifferentiated reach
- Marketing-sourced and marketing-assisted qualified pipeline with transparent attribution
- Content that sellers use and prospects engage with during active deals
- A faster evidence loop for positioning, objections, use cases and market language
