Enterprise Inside Sales Manager

Duetto is the hospitality industry's leading revenue management platform, founded in 2012 by former Wynn Resorts executives. As an Enterprise Inside Sales Manager, you'll drive complex sales deals and shape the pipeline for HotStats, focusing on enterprise clients in the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a robust pipeline for your enterprise book, from first outreach through qualification to signature
• Serve as the go-to person for net-new HotStats enterprise contracting, working directly with ownership groups, asset managers, and brand-level stakeholders
• Deliver demos and proposals tailored to complex, multi-stakeholder deals across both Duetto and HotStats
• Negotiate within established guardrails to close, keeping every deal accurately tracked in the CRM
• Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners on GTM plays that grow qualified pipeline and win rates
• Stay close to the market — track industry trends and competitive movement, and represent Duetto at industry events

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in SaaS enterprise sales or business development, ideally with hospitality industry exposure in sales, finance, or revenue management
• Ability to build and manage pipeline
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment without sacrificing quality for volume
• Domain knowledge of revenue management, finance SaaS, or hotel technology
• Comfort with Salesforce and Google Suite
• Formal training in a sales methodology like Challenger or MEDDIC
• Multilingual skills
• A track record of pitching, negotiating, and closing enterprise deals
