Project Manager

West Cary Group is a full-service, digital marketing and technology agency based in Richmond, Virginia. They are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate, implement, and manage client projects, ensuring alignment with client strategies and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Allocates resources of client project(s) as needed
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Provide direction and support to account management and creative services team members
• Perform quality assurance and compliance management
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of client projects to all stakeholders including management of daily stand ups, daily hot lists and weekly status reports
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Perform project evaluations and assessment of results
• Use historical data to help craft estimates for new projects
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Associate degree in business, management, finance, communications or related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 2-3 years of direct work experience in project management and process improvement
• At least 2-3 years of experience utilizing project management tool or similar technology experience
• Strong organizational, administrative, problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk and change management
