About this role
Infosoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (Active Directory) to lead and coordinate enterprise IT infrastructure projects. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving project execution, and ensuring successful delivery of infrastructure initiatives across global stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects focused on Active Directory and identity management initiatives
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with IT infrastructure, security, networking, and business teams to ensure successful project execution
- Manage project scope, schedules, deliverables, and change requests
- Facilitate meetings with global stakeholders and provide regular project status updates
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve project issues proactively
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Coordinate deployment activities across multiple locations in India and Europe
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance standards
- Support continuous process improvement and project management best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Experience managing Active Directory infrastructure or identity management projects
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure environments
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment
- Willingness to travel internationally (20%–30%) across India and Europe
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent Project Management certification
- Experience with Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), Windows Server, or Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Experience working with multinational teams and global IT organizations
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange, and enterprise infrastructure projects
