Senior Sales Account Executive - US Based

Elevate Teams is a company focused on connecting independent insurance agencies with talented bilingual professionals from Latin America. They are seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive who is a builder and will engage with agency owners to relieve them of administrative burdens and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

• What you'll sell
• Relief. Every agency owner you call is buried in admin work they never wanted to do, and you're the one showing up with the way out
• Instant credibility. Our clients don't call their VA a virtual assistant; they call them a core member of the team. You're not selling outsourcing, you're selling belonging
• A door that's already half open. We've brought a live giraffe to an insurance conference. That story gets you further than a cold email ever will
• Proof, not promises. Every placement is backed by real training, real matchmaking, real follow-through, so you're never crossing your fingers on what you just pitched
• Whom you'll sell to
• Independent P&C insurance agency owners and producers across the U.S., small to medium-sized, running HawkSoft, EZLynx, Applied Epic, or AMS360, drowning in admin work when they should be selling
• What we don't want
• Order-takers
• Pipeline tourists
• People who only close warm/inbound leads
• "Let me circle back next quarter," people
• Anyone who needs a script
• What we want
• 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience. You found the lead yourself, built the relationship, and closed the deal, more than once
• Someone who builds their own pipeline daily and isn't waiting on marketing or SDRs to feed them
• Someone comfortable making outbound cold calls every single day. This is not a warm-lead role
• Someone who'd rather chase a real quota than collect a comfortable salary
• A closer who looks at this market and sees agencies waiting for the right partner
• What winning looks like
• 30 days: You know the product, the ICP, and the pitch. You've identified your first 50 target agencies, re-engaged the warm database, and have at least 5 real conversations in motion
• 60 days: You've closed your first deal. Your outbound rhythm is established. You're attending or planning your first industry event with a target list already built
• 90 days: You're tracking to quota. Your pipeline is self-sustaining. Nobody has to ask you for updates, because your CRM is always current and your forecast speaks for itself
