TEN is building the premier peer network for technology leaders, seeking an SDR to manage the membership funnel. The role involves prospecting, building target lists, and booking qualified membership meetings with C-suite executives in Colorado's tech industry.
Responsibilities:
- Own outbound, end to end. Build target lists of qualified C-suite executives across Colorado tech, research each one, and run personalized outreach across email and LinkedIn. Our prospects are CEOs who delete lazy emails in half a second - quality over spray-and-pray
- Book qualified membership meetings. Your core number is meetings held between qualified prospects and the founder. You'll qualify against our member criteria - role, company stage, industry fit - so every meeting on the calendar is worth having
- Drive follow-up through signature. The founder runs the membership meeting, you make sure it converts. After every call, you'll send the recap and next steps, answer outstanding questions, share the membership link, and keep a structured cadence on every open prospect until they sign or say no. No one falls through the cracks between "great conversation" and "paid member."
- Sharpen the message. Test subject lines, angles, and sequences. Track what converts by role and industry, and feed what you learn back into the playbook so outreach gets better every month
- Build an organized database. Keep our internal operating system clean - every prospect, touch, and meeting logged with accurate stages. If the founder asks where a prospect stands, the answer is one click away
- Relationship Map . You’ll help the Founder figure out how to best get in front of certain prospects by using their network
- Market Expansion. As we look at expanding into a new market towards the end of 2026, you’ll identify Founding Members and work on a targeted approach with the Founder
Requirements:
- A track record (1-4 years) of outbound success - whether in SaaS sales, recruiting, fundraising, or another role where you started cold conversations with senior people and turned them into meetings
- You're a strong writer. Our prospects are Founders, CEOs & Execs. Your emails need to be sharp, personal, and worth 15 seconds of their attention
- You want to build at an early-stage company. It's not glamorous - you'll grind through lists, eat rejection daily, and follow up relentlessly - but in the long run, you'll have built the sales foundation for TEN as it scales
- You're resilient. Most people won't respond. You follow up anyway, professionally and creatively, without taking it personally
- You move fast & take action
- You understand the Tech world. You need to understand how startups and high growth tech companies work - funding rounds, exits, the difference between a Series A founder and a PE-backed CEO
