• Optimize user journeys and conversion rates
• Implement customer feedback mechanisms
• Drive improvements in website performance
• Define and track critical KPIs
• Analyze competitive landscape
• Monitor industry trends and opportunities

Requirements:

• 7+ years in product management
• 3+ years leading product teams
• Proven success in e-commerce and digital retail
• Track record of launching successful digital products
• Strategic leadership and team development
• Deep understanding of e-commerce best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellence in stakeholder management
• Product development, management and web expertise
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• MBA preferred
