Data Capital Incorporation is seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in technical documentation. The ideal candidate will support cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and DevOps initiatives by bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and DevOps initiatives
- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements
- Analyzing business processes
- Creating high-quality documentation for cloud platforms and enterprise applications
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Work closely with Product Managers, Cloud Architects, Platform Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Security Teams, Infrastructure Teams, and Business Stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
- Strong experience creating technical documentation for enterprise applications and cloud platforms
- Excellent business analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience documenting business processes using flowcharts, UML, BPMN, or Visio
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools such as: Confluence
- Jira
- SharePoint
- Microsoft Visio
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (Preferred)
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts (Compute, Networking, Storage, IAM)
- Understanding of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Experience documenting REST APIs and microservices
- Basic understanding of: Python

- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control concepts
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging platforms
- Understanding of cloud security and governance principles
