Senior Product Manager- Member Experience

Vida Health is a healthcare company providing clinical and behavioral health programs. The Senior Product Manager, Member Experience will own the member-facing product backlog and roadmap, driving engagement, retention, activation, and health outcomes through experimentation, analytics, research, and cross-functional product delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Own the member experience product backlog and support roadmap development: prioritize, scope, ship, and measure improvements to the core product (home screen, logging, goal setting, content, care team interactions)
• Drive A/B testing and rapid experimentation to improve engagement, activation, and retention metrics
• Manage bug triage and quality for the member experience; ensure a reliable, performant product
• Partner with engineering and design to maintain product velocity, unblock delivery, and manage technical tradeoffs
• Translate client requests and stakeholder input into well-scoped product work without compromising member experience quality
• Size opportunities using data and business context to inform prioritization; write clear, measurable goals (OKRs) for the member experience area
• Own member experience metrics, including engagement, retention, churn, activation rate, NPS, and push back on work that doesn't move the needle
• Build, maintain, and report on dashboards in Looker and PostHog; establish regular data review cadence and ensure learnings are socialized
• Analyze user behavior to identify friction points, drop-off patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Design and interpret experiments; bring data-informed recommendations to product and leadership forums
• Work closely with design to develop and iterate on UX improvements and ensure member-first thinking in all product decisions
• Partner with clinical teams to ensure product changes support care delivery, medication management, and coaching workflows
• Collaborate with other PMs to ensure seamless handoff from enrollment into the core experience
• Coordinate with marketing to improve re-engagement and lifecycle messaging
• Share updates and learnings clearly and consistently with cross-functional partners across the organization
• Contribute to the Vida 2.0 vision by surfacing insights from current product performance, member feedback, and competitive analysis
• Independently plan and run user research (including moderated testing); synthesize findings into themes that inform roadmap priorities
• Support concept validation and prototype testing for next-generation member experiences
• Additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years shipping consumer or patient-facing digital products
• Proven track record improving engagement, retention, or activation metrics in a mobile or web product
• Demonstrated ability to independently plan and run user research, size opportunities, and defend prioritization tradeoffs without heavy oversight
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable with SQL, product analytics tools (Looker, PostHog, Amplitude or similar), and A/B testing frameworks
• Experience running the full product lifecycle: discovery, scoping, shipping, measuring, iterating
• Excellent cross-functional communication: able to work effectively with engineering, design, clinical, and business stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities
• Clear, concise writer who can turn complexity into actionable product artifacts
• Healthcare or digital health experience: chronic care, telehealth, behavior change programs, GLP-1 management, or similar
• Experience with personalization, recommendation systems, or AI/ML-powered product features
• Familiarity with behavioral design frameworks (BJ Fogg, COM-B, habit formation, nudge theory)
• Experience with React Native or mobile app development workflows
• Background in B2B2C products where you've balanced end-user experience with enterprise client needs
