Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MMIS O&M Analyst to support the day-to-day operations, monitoring, and maintenance of the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in production support, data analysis, system monitoring, and healthcare/Medicaid applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support MMIS applications, interfaces, and batch processes in a 24x7 production environment.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions.
• Develop SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and analysis.
• Support system monitoring, maintenance activities, deployments, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with business, infrastructure, and application teams throughout the SDLC.
• Maintain operational documentation, dashboards, and incident reports.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT Operations, Production Support, or Business/Data Analysis experience.
• Strong SQL/Oracle expertise with data analysis and validation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services, XML, SFTP, and enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Dynatrace, or similar.
• Experience with Jira, Postman, SoapUI, and SDLC/Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Healthcare/Medicaid systems and interface operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting MMIS or Healthcare applications.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, or a related field.
