They are seeking a Campaign Product Owner with clinical and pharmacy experience in the Medicare space, responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the delivery of high-value features aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and release plans
- Align product strategy with business goals and customer needs
- Continuously refine the roadmap based on market trends and feedback
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritised based on value and impact
- Break down epics into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Continuously groom and reprioritise backlog items
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
- Act as the “voice of the customer” across development teams
- Facilitate alignment between business, operations, and technology teams
- Work closely with Scrum teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Provide clarifications and remove blockers for the development team
- Ensure timely delivery of features aligned with sprint goals
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Ensure quality delivery through collaboration with QA and DevOps teams
- Track product performance, KPIs, and feature adoption
- Drive product enhancements based on analytics, feedback, and operational insights
- Identify process improvements for better delivery efficiency and quality
- Ensure continuous feedback loop with stakeholders and end-users
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in Product Ownership / Product Management / Business Analysis
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven experience in backlog management and product lifecycle management
