Sr. Business Analyst

Syner-G is a company dedicated to enhancing the quality of life through breakthrough science and delivery of life-enhancing therapies. They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the continuous improvement of their enterprise applications and data platform through business analysis, requirements definition, and system administration.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, document, and maintain business, functional, and technical requirements for enterprise systems and data initiatives
• Draft and maintain system and data architecture diagrams, data models, workflows, and related documentation
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Operations to translate needs into requirements
• Support solution design and delivery of dataflows, integrations, and reporting products
• Manage user provisioning and role-based access across enterprise applications and data products
• Troubleshoot system and data issues; coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and data migration efforts
• Support configuration, testing, environment management and update deployments
• Document requirements for integration updates and modernization
• Define current- and future-state integration processes, dataflows, and handoffs
• Partner with internal and external vendors to develop and deliver enhanced system integrations
• Develop native Kantata, NetSuite, and Salesforce reporting solutions to meet the needs of the business
• Support the design, development and maintenance of centralized reporting in Power BI
• Help develop and maintain semantic models for consistent metrics and definitions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field required
• 3–6 years in business analysis, enterprise systems support, or data/reporting environments
• Experience with CRM, ERP, PSA, analytics, or integration platforms
• Exposure to data integration concepts, reporting tools, and system implementations
• Hands-on Jira experience and participation in scrum rituals, including planning, refinement, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Strong BA skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• Working knowledge of SQL, Power Query (M), Apex, SOQL, or similar data languages
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, and data workflows
• Knowledge of role-based security and user access management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-orientation skills
• Able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with any of the following platforms is preferred: Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, ADP, Salesforce, NetSuite, Kantata, DataBlend
