One Identity is an award-winning security software provider offering solutions for IT security challenges. They are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to develop and execute co-marketing programs with strategic partners, driving joint campaigns that enhance pipeline and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Work with partners to plan and launch co-branded campaigns, including webinars, events, content, email, and digital programs
- Build and manage a partner marketing calendar, aligning activities with key business priorities and product launches
- Develop joint value propositions and messaging frameworks tailored to each partner's audience and strengths
- Create and distribute co-branded assets such as case studies, solution briefs, blog posts, and social content
- Track campaign performance, report on ROI, and use data to optimize future programs. Manage the partner marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of MDF (Market Development Funds) where applicable
- Coordinate with internal teams (demand gen, product marketing, sales, design) to ensure partner initiatives are integrated into broader go-to-market plans. Support partner enablement by creating toolkits, playbooks, and resources that help partners market effectively
- Represent the company at partner events, conferences, and co-hosted programs. Identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships and explore new co-marketing relationships
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience in channel partner marketing, channel marketing, alliance marketing, or a related B2B marketing role
- Proven track record of planning and executing multi-channel co-marketing campaigns
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple partners and programs simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you can craft compelling messaging and present to both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Comfort with data — you know how to measure what matters and tell the story behind the numbers
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams and with external partners
- Familiarity with MDF programs and partner portal management is a plus
- Experience in SaaS or technology partnerships
- Background in field marketing or event management
- Exposure to partner ecosystems like AWS, Salesforce, Google, or similar platforms
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies in a partner context
