Brite is building an AI-native company focused on complex litigation with a unified Case Intelligence platform. They are seeking an Account-Based Marketing / ABM Manager to generate pipeline through events, account-based programs, and outbound strategies, working closely with the Sales team to measure success.
Responsibilities:
- Own the conference motion end-to-end across defense-bar, carrier, and industry events: pre-event targeting and meeting-setting, on-site coordination, on-site events, and the follow-up that converts
- Build partnerships with the legal networks and associations that host these events — sponsorships, speaking slots, and member programming that make us a fixture in the community, not a visitor
- Every event carries a number: meetings booked, pipeline sourced, cost per opportunity
- Build and run account-based programs against our named ICP firms and target carriers
- Orchestrate multi-touch plays — event, direct mail/gifting, targeted paid, and sales touches — sequenced against named accounts with the Sales team
- Keep the outbound engine fed: build and enrich target lists (Clay, Apollo), write and iterate sequences, and produce enablement assets
Requirements:
- 6–10 years in B2B marketing with deep field/event and ABM experience — you've owned conferences, association partnerships, and account programs, not just supported them
- You've built relationships with the networks and associations your buyers belong to, and turned them into repeatable pipeline channels
- You think in named accounts and run events like pipeline engines
- You run on numbers: sourced pipeline, meetings booked, cost per opportunity — and you report them straight, whether the program worked or not
- You partner closely with sales and know how to make their outreach land
- You're handy with GTM tooling (Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Attio), work fluently with AI as a daily operating mode, and you're low-ego, organized, and fast

- Legaltech, insurtech, or regulated-industry exposure
