Growth Marketing Manager, Agent Stack

Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company that shapes how the web is built. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will design and execute multi-channel programs to enhance customer engagement and retention, working closely with various teams to optimize the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app, and other owned & paid channels to drive activation, adoption, and long-term retention
• Segmentation and personalization strategies that deliver timely and relevant messages to developers and enterprise stakeholders. Develop and maintain customer journey maps to identify friction points, optimize touchpoints, and design end-to-end experiences that drive conversion, retention, and loyalty
• Automated workflows and experimentation, building scalable programs with behavioral triggers, A/B testing, and data-driven optimizations
• Campaign measurement and reporting, surfacing insights on performance and recommending opportunities for continuous improvement
• Cross-functional alignment, ensuring lifecycle marketing supports Sales and Customer Success priorities and ties into Vercel’s broader GTM strategy
• Creative and content collaboration, partnering with design and product marketing to develop messaging that resonates with both technical and business audiences
