(Entry-Level) Project Manager / Coordinator – (Full-Time/Part-Time) Remote

Horizon Hotels, Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support project planning, coordination, and execution in a remote work environment. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to develop a career in project management while gaining hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers with planning, organizing, and tracking project activities
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items
• Monitor project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and databases
• Communicate with team members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders via email, phone, and virtual meetings
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates
• Help identify project risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Support budget tracking, invoicing, and administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure projects comply with company standards and procedures
• Perform other project-related duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Comfortable using virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar platforms
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Previous administrative, customer service, internship, or project coordination experience is a plus but not required
• Internship or prior administrative/coordinator experience is a plus
