We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Wealth Management domain expertise to join a leading Capital Markets client in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis experience, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and exposure to modern AI tools for business analysis and productivity. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, support UAT, and help drive digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
· Strong experience in Wealth Management or Capital Markets.
· Expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
· Experience conducting technical and functional analysis.
· Hands-on exposure to AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar).
· Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect management.
Must Have Skills
· Wealth Management / Capital Markets
· Business Analysis (BRD, FRD, UAT)
· AI Tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Agentic AI)
· Salesforce & Workflow Automation
