About the role
We're seeking a proactive individual to support medium to high-value bid and contract activities mainly in the maintenance area. This role is great for someone looking to extend their experience in the construction field, with opportunities to work on medium to high-value projects and a variety of different areas.
This includes planning, developing and establishing medium to high value & complexity contracts and agreements mainly for the procurement of maintenance services and works and can including but not limited to goods and services, minor work, major works, equipment, design and construct, consulting services and Panel/Preferred Supplier Agreements.
