Marketing Manager Internship

GRO is a boutique marketing firm dedicated to providing tailored marketing strategies that yield real, quality results. They are seeking a Marketing Manager Intern to assist with managing Google Business Profiles and analyzing marketing performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles (Google My Business accounts) for multiple clients
• Pull, review, and interpret monthly analytics reports from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
• Track and analyze KPIs and performance metrics related to marketing and advertising campaigns
• Compile insights and prepare internal reports for the client success team to review
• Monitor campaigns for trends, successes, and areas of improvement
• Collaborate with the advertising and strategy teams to ensure accurate reporting

Requirements:

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field
• Strong interest in digital marketing and advertising performance
• Comfortable with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, or willingness to learn quickly
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical mindset
• Eagerness to learn how agencies track performance and prove ROI to clients
