Digital Marketing Manager

The Advisor Authority is a company that helps financial advisors enhance their practices through training and management skills. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to create high-converting marketing assets and campaigns, utilizing AI tools to streamline processes and enhance visibility across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Use AI tools to rapidly produce webinar decks, lead magnets, advisor guides, email nurture sequences, landing page and sales copy, social content, and ad copy. Turn a single webinar, podcast, or training into a full library of repurposed assets across social, email, blog, and long-form
• Build and optimize the path from traffic to lead magnet to webinar to email sequence to appointment to client. This includes registration pages, follow-up campaigns, evergreen webinar setup, and CRM campaign coordination. It’s important that you bring your experience with successful, fully-automated sales funnel creation and management
• Manage and maintain the company website: update pages, edit copy, publish content, improve layouts and user experience, and launch landing pages. Grow visibility through SEO best practices, keyword research, AI search (GEO) optimization, metadata, and stronger content structure
• Research competitors, webinar funnels, advisor marketing trends, positioning, and offers, then summarize clear, actionable insights for leadership
• Build and maintain the automations that connect content, funnels, and CRM, and continually improve speed, efficiency, and output quality using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, Gamma, Zapier, and GoHighLevel

Requirements:

• 3+ years in marketing, growth, or content, with campaigns and results you can speak to
• Demonstrated AI fluency (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) built into your daily workflow
• Strong writing and direct-response copywriting skills
• Hands-on experience building successful, fully-automated funnels and webinar campaigns
• Experience managing a website on a platform such as WordPress, Webflow, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, or GoHighLevel
• Self-direction, strong organization, and the discipline to move quickly and ship
• Background in financial services, advisor coaching, or a related professional-services niche
• SEO and GEO (AI-search) optimization
• Marketing automation (Zapier, Ontraport, webhooks, or similar)
• Video and short-form content editing
• Direct-response marketing at scale
