Allianz is a trusted insurance and asset management company, and they are seeking a Senior Project Manager Resource Optimization to drive strategic initiatives within global travel operations. This role focuses on project management, operational efficiency, and workforce management, aiming to enhance business performance through effective leadership and data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:

Lead initiatives to streamline operations, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
Identify and implement strategies to optimize business processes and resource utilization
Develop and manage projects aimed at improving associate satisfaction and overall experience
Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring strategic alignment and timely completion of projects
Act as the main point of contact for project communications, managing expectations and providing regular updates
Ensure all initiatives comply with regulatory standards and organizational policies
Lead a team of analysts and business optimization associates
Manage across teams with different areas within Operations
Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and cloud‑based tools, using insights responsibly and in alignment with our standards for data governance, security, and ethical use

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field
Minimum of 4 years of project management-related experience, preferably with a focus on process improvement, call center operational efficiency, and emphasis on workforce management
Minimum 4 years of resource optimization subject matter expertise across geographically diverse locations
Demonstrated ability to implement and track complex project plans and budgets
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience working in a highly matrixed global environment
Ability to adjust working schedule to accommodate time zone differences outside of normal business hours
Fluent English
Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
