Director, Panel Operations & Growth Marketing

Veridata Insights specializes in designing and executing market research projects, providing tailored research solutions for diverse business challenges. The Director of Panel Operations & Growth Marketing is responsible for the growth and performance of research communities, leading recruitment, retention, member engagement, and operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop recruitment, onboarding, retention, referral, and reactivation strategies
• Manage the member lifecycle, including registration, profiling, communications, participation, rewards, and account health
• Monitor quality, fraud prevention, engagement, attrition, acquisition costs, and recruitment-source performance
• Establish and maintain KPIs, dashboards, forecasts, budgets, and reporting
• Plan and manage email, digital, social, affiliate, partnership, and audience-growth campaigns
• Work with project management, sales, technology, and client services to align audience supply with business needs
• Manage platforms, vendors, incentive providers, recruitment partners, and related technology
• Improve CRM processes, automation, segmentation, campaign tracking, reporting, SEO, and audience targeting
• Build strategies to improve visibility across AI search, answer engines, and generative platforms
• Use AI and automation to improve workflows, analysis, reporting, and decision-making

Requirements:

• Experience managing online research panels, communities, membership programs, or audience platforms, preferably within market research
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, retention, respondent engagement, profiling, data quality, and fraud prevention
• Broad marketing experience across digital, email, content, social media, CRM, partnerships, or brand marketing
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, analytics, reporting, campaign measurement, SEO, and audience segmentation
• Familiarity with AI visibility, generative search, answer-engine optimization, and the use of AI in marketing operations
• Strong analytical skills and experience using KPIs and performance data to guide decisions
• Commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively with sales, research, technology, and client service teams
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, platforms, timelines, and multiple priorities
• Strong written communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
• High integrity, accountability, confidence, and willingness to address problems directly
• Self-directed and resourceful, with a proven ability to make decisions and deliver results without extensive oversight
• Hands-on, organized, and comfortable moving between strategy and execution
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Market Research, Communications, or a related field
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
