Epic Ambulatory Project Manager

Hatch Pros is looking for an Epic Ambulatory Project Manager to lead project planning and execution for new clinic implementations and acquisitions. The role involves coordinating stakeholders and managing project schedules to ensure successful delivery of Epic Ambulatory initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and execution for new clinic implementations and acquisitions
• Coordinate stakeholders across clinical, operational, technical, and executive teams
• Manage project schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Oversee activation planning, go-live readiness, and implementation support
• Ensure successful delivery of Epic Ambulatory initiatives on time and within scope

Requirements:

• Experience managing Epic Ambulatory implementation projects
• Experience with clinic activations, acquisitions, and ambulatory expansions
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with clinical, operational, and technical teams in healthcare environment
• Proven ability to manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and go-live activities
• Ambulatory or Cadence certification highly preferred
• PMP or comparable project management certification
• Experience supporting urgent care and multi-specialty clinic environments
