Sales Development Representative

Study Groups is a high-growth company that connects business leaders to help them perform at their highest level. They are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own the top of the funnel and drive pipeline growth through outbound calls and personalized outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to business owners and senior leaders
• Execute thoughtful, personalized outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Research prospects and tailor messaging—no generic blasting
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess fit for Study Groups
• Schedule qualified meetings and hand off to Account Executives
• Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of targeted prospects

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of SDR, inside sales, or outbound prospecting experience
• Proven ability to handle high call volume while staying energized
• Experience running multi-touch outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
• Strong communication skills—you're clear, confident, and professional
• Ability to quickly understand a prospect's business and challenges
• Highly organized—can manage pipeline without dropping details
• Self-driven, resilient, and motivated by hitting goals
• Bellingham/Seattle, WA (preferred)
