Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Position: Remote
Type: Contract to Hire

Requirements:

Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) required

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Products:

Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations (ITOM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Security Operations (SECOPS), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM)

Strong experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation

Experience with Integration Hub and REST/SOAP API development (JSON)

Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

Solid understanding of ITIL processes (certification preferred)

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred or equivalent hands-on development experience

ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or higher) preferred

Experience with Now Assist and AI-powered automation capabilities preferred, with a strong interest in leveraging AI to drive automation and efficiency

Experience with bi-directional system integrations strongly preferred
