GIS Project Manager

Fujitsu is seeking a GIS Project Manager to support GeoDiscovery and its role in the Open Science and Data Platform initiative or similar initiatives. The role leads geomatics product development and implementation, supports business planning and product compliance, and reports on progress toward strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in geomatics product development matters, including establishing client relationships and managing expectations during the implementation phase of product implementation and rollout
• Provide input to business forecasts and plans
• Ensure that products are compliant with policies, standards and guidelines
• Monitor product usage and promotes products
• Prepare reports, briefing materials and presentations on progress made regarding meeting the overarching strategic business objectives

Requirements:

• MUST have a minimum of ten (10) years of working experience as GIS Project Manager
• MUST have experience as a GIS Project Manager on large-scale Geomatics project where Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) was utilized or equivalent
• Should demonstrate project manager certification such as PMP, CSM, ITIL certification
