Senior Business Analyst

Stable10 is a growing US-based manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central professional to support its continued investment in business systems and operational improvement. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to improve processes, optimize Business Central, and support upcoming ERP and technology projects.

Responsibilities:

• Support the ongoing optimization of Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Partner with teams across finance, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and improvement projects
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and data quality
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, training, and deployments
• Investigate and resolve ERP and business application issues
• Work with external Microsoft partners and software vendors
• Create process documentation, workflows, and user guidance
• Support reporting and wider business technology initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of ERP, business systems, or business analysis experience
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and operational processes
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects
• Strong requirements gathering, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Multi-site or multi-company experience is beneficial
• Power BI, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 CE experience is advantageous
