Commercial Project Manager | Remote

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex commercial design-build projects focused on energy efficiency and HVAC modernization. The role involves managing projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring successful execution and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial design-build projects from preconstruction through project completion
• Develop conceptual estimates and project budgets
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, vendors, and clients
• Oversee project schedules, financial performance, quality, and safety
• Manage multiple project phases while maintaining strong client relationships
• Drive successful project execution from kickoff through closeout

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial General Contractor or Design-Build contractor (candidates from larger GCs with equivalent progression will also be considered)
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Strong estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and client management skills
• Experience managing projects in the $2M–$10M+ range
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative design-build environment
• Experience with Bluebeam, Premier, Asana, Procore, Primavera P6, Viewpoint, or MS Project
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
• PMP or other project management certification
