Marketing Account Manager

JumpStart DPC Solutions is a specialized marketing partner focused on Direct Primary Care practices. The Marketing Account Manager will manage client relationships and oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and aligned with client goals.

Responsibilities:

• Managing relationships with DPC practice clients
• Overseeing their marketing initiatives
• Coordinating marketing campaigns
• Guiding clients through strategy and planning
• Creating content for deliverables such as content, web assets, and digital materials
• Translating client goals into actionable plans
• Monitoring performance
• Adjusting strategies to support practice growth
• Collaborating with internal and external teams
• Tracking project milestones
• Providing clear, consistent communication to clients

Requirements:

• Strong Account Management skills, including client relationship management and retention
• Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
• Proficient Project Management skills to coordinate multiple marketing initiatives and timelines
• Comfort working in a remote, contract-based environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to interpret marketing data and metrics to inform recommendations
• Familiarity with healthcare or DPC business models is beneficial
