Sales Development Representative

Filta Environmental is a global leader in environmental kitchen services, and they are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join their national sales team. This remote role involves proactively reaching out to commercial kitchen operators and decision-makers to drive new business and manage a pipeline of prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Drive New Business: Execute outbound sales campaigns via cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn networking, and video prospecting to generate qualified leads
• Pipeline Creation: Target mid-market and enterprise commercial kitchen accounts across various verticals (hospitality, higher education, sports/entertainment, corporate dining)
• Qualify & Discover: Conduct discovery calls to uncover prospect pain points and match them with Filta’s suite of environmental solutions
• Manage Your Territory: Maintain clean CRM records (Salesforce/HubSpot), track outreach activity, and manage your prospect pipeline effectively
• Collaborate: Partner with national account executives and leadership to turn qualified meetings into long-term clients

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of sales/business development experience
• A Hunter Mentality: You aren't afraid of the phone, you bounce back quickly from rejection, and you get genuine satisfaction from opening new doors
• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and active listening skills—you know how to build quick rapport over the phone or Zoom
• Self-Motivated & Accountable: Comfortable working autonomously in a 100% remote environment while maintaining high activity levels
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with modern sales tools (CRM, outreach sequences, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
• SaaS, tech, or tech-enabled services background preferred
