Oracle Business Systems Analyst Contractor

CSI Companies is seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Functional Lead to support a complex Oracle Cloud Financials implementation. This role focuses on leading the Finance workstream, driving end to end delivery, and ensuring successful implementation outcomes by collaborating with finance leadership and project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end delivery of the Oracle Finance workstream
• Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, and Projects initiatives
• Lead requirements gathering and solution design workshops with finance stakeholders
• Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions
• Perform hands on Oracle Fusion Cloud configuration across finance modules
• Design and execute unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing activities
• Manage defect identification, tracking, and resolution
• Coordinate finance cutover and data conversion activities
• Deliver weekly project status updates including risks, milestones, and dependencies
• Identify and resolve project risks, scope concerns, and timeline challenges
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to manage Finance related dependencies
• Serve as the primary owner of the Finance workstream throughout the implementation lifecycle

Requirements:

• 8 or more years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation experience
• Experience serving as a Functional Lead on at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• Deep hands on configuration experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, and Projects
• Experience authoring functional specifications and translating requirements into system configuration
• Experience building test scripts and leading testing cycles
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials implementation methodologies
• Excellent client facing communication and presentation skills
• Experience presenting status updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership teams
• Proven ability to operate independently as a workstream owner
• Strong problem solving and project management skills
• Oracle Cloud Financials certifications
• Experience supporting merger, acquisition, divestiture, or carve out ERP programs
• Experience with chart of accounts harmonization and intercompany accounting
• Experience supporting technology, media, telecommunications, or asset intensive industries
• Experience with FBDI or ADFdi data conversion tools
• Experience with finance data conversion reconciliation activities
• Prior experience working within Big 4 consulting environments
