Marketing Manager 3

Scalence L.L.C. is a dynamic team focused on crafting world-class strategies to enhance player experiences. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and growth of Minecraft's subscription business, driving engagement and retention through innovative marketing tactics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, growth, and commercialization of Minecraft's subscription business
• Drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention, and business growth through strategic marketing, go-to-market leadership, and cross-functional partnership
• Act as the primary marketing partner to the subscriptions product team to help shape product strategy, launch new offerings, and develop innovative promotions and growth tactics

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, subscriptions marketing, or related marketing disciplines
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for consumer products, digital services, subscription businesses, or recurring revenue offerings
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with stakeholders across product, marketing, analytics, and business teams
• Experience marketing subscription products, membership programs, digital commerce offerings, or recurring revenue businesses
• Experience working with affiliate marketing, paid media, CRM/lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing channels
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, creator platforms, digital marketplaces, or consumer technology
• Knowledge of Minecraft and passion for gaming, online communities, and player engagement
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
