Head of Growth Marketing & Partnerships

Eneba is building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for gamers, supporting over 20 million active users. As the Head of Growth Marketing & Partnerships, you will lead the Affiliate and Influencer Marketing functions, driving growth through strategic and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Set the vision and strategy for Growth Marketing & Partnerships, defining how the function evolves to support Eneba's next stage of growth
• Identify and unlock new growth opportunities beyond today's acquisition channels, continuously challenging existing assumptions and playbooks
• Build scalable growth engines that accelerate expansion into new markets and support a growing product portfolio
• Redesign the operating model, team structure and ways of working to build an organization that can outperform today's benchmarks
• Raise the bar on performance by embedding experimentation, data, AI and measurable business impact into decision making
• Partner with Product, Commerce and Engineering to shape solutions that unlock sustainable growth (not just marketing initiatives)
• Lead large scale organizational change, making bold decisions that accelerate performance and unlock new opportunities for growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience building and scaling growth in high performance organizations
• Deep expertise in performance marketing, with proven ability to build and scale growth through data driven decision making and experimentation
• Experience leading growth across international markets
• Track record of defining strategy, building organizations and delivering business impact
• Strong leadership experience, including developing teams, evolving organizational structures and leading through change
• Data and AI driven approach to decision making, with the ability to turn insights into action
• Growth mindset that challenges conventional thinking and looks for opportunities where others see constraints
• Experience working across multiple products or complex business environments
• Strong cross functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
• Hands on enough to challenge ideas, coach the team and make informed decisions without needing to execute every detail
