Campaign Manager, Marketing - Remote

Strada is a people, payroll, and technology leader simplifying international workforce management. They are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Campaign Manager to support the execution of global integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and demand.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to strategic priorities
• Coordinate campaign activities across email, digital advertising, events, and paid media
• Manage campaign setup and execution in marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, and other tools
• Partner with product marketing and strategy teams to understand messaging frameworks and campaign goals
• Collaborate with creative, digital, social media, and communications teams to ensure cohesive execution across channels
• Work closely with Field Marketing to support regional activation and localization of global campaigns
• Develop and maintain campaign project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate internal and external contributors, including agencies and vendors, to ensure on-time and on-brand execution
• Monitor campaign progress and proactively address risks or delays
• Track campaign performance using dashboards and analytics tools
• Provide insights and strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Support reporting on campaign outcomes, including lead generation, engagement, and pipeline contribution
• Collaborate with sales teams to support targeted campaigns and ensure alignment on messaging and follow-up strategies
• Communicate key campaign details, assets, and timelines to internal stakeholders to drive awareness and engagement

Requirements:

• Experience managing B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, and analytics tools
• Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Analytical approach to campaign performance and optimization
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
