This position manages and supervises the Office of Project Management, overseeing the planning, development, and execution of Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and maintenance projects. Responsibilities include assigning and monitoring projects, developing scopes and budgets for fiscal planning, and providing regular updates to internal stakeholders including DPW management, the Budget Office, and the County Executive’s Office.
