Project Manager - PSAM IV- #26-18306

US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions. They are seeking a Project Manager to manage complex development programs in the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring effective project execution and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities:

• Provides professional program management for 2 or more complex development programs
• Manages project information for assigned projects and is responsible for developing and maintaining good relationships with other functions such that it will foster positive interactions and ultimately support achieving desired project outcomes
• Contribute to develop and drive implementation of cross-functional global drug development plans (GDDP), including strategic assessment of budgets and timelines
• Functions as a development alliance liaison helping to support development alliance management activities based on program requirements
• Supports quarterly forecasts, manages scope, timeline, and financial changes through tracking variances at the program level
• Responsible for maintenance of the project actions, risks, decisions, and issues (ADRI) log for project team interactions

Requirements:

• Bachelors; 10 years of Project Management experience in Pharma or Biotech
• Familiarity with MS Project is a must-have
• Understanding of the clinical, regulatory, and commercial requirements for early and late stage drug development
• Knowledge of clinical operations and the regulatory process
• Knowledge of CMC aspects of drug development
• Knowledge of global drug development, registration, and market launch requirements
• Thorough understanding of each functional area's role and contribution to the development process
• Familiarity with IT solutions integrated into the healthcare/pharmaceutical business (MS Project, Planisware)
• Meeting coordination and facilitation skills
• Effective interpersonal communication in a remote/virtual environment; Communicates in an open, balanced and objective manner
• Maintains diverse, balanced and effective teams
• Demonstrates flexibility; approaching process changes, technology and new responsibilities with an open curious mind
• Understands importance of potential outcomes and takes into consideration while utilizing information, sourcing and processing
• Works creatively within predefined standards
• Understands strategic change management and initiates application as appropriate

• Solid computer skills with MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Position is fully remote, candidates required to work on East Coast time
• Prefer end to end drug development experience, but also willing to consider clinical or regulatory PM's
• Drug / product development experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Planisware is a plus
• Familiarity with CMC processes is a plus
