Client Marketing Manager

Lantern is a specialty care platform connecting people with top specialists for their healthcare needs. They are seeking a Client Marketing Manager to manage client reference and advisory programs, enhancing client relationships to drive growth and revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Own and grow Lantern's client reference program, building a strong, active pool of client advocates over time
• Run Lantern's client advisory program, a recurring forum that keeps clients engaged and connected to relevant opportunities
• Act as the key point of coordination for client requests, working in lockstep with Customer Success
• Partner with Customer Success to accelerate upsell, expansion, and deal velocity across the client lifecycle
• Build and maintain high-touch, hands-on client relationships that fuel pipeline and revenue growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, client marketing, or account/relationship management — ideally within healthcare or SaaS
• Required proficiency in Salesforce, Highspot, and AI tools (Claude)
• Proven experience managing external client relationships and partnering cross-functionally with Customer Success
