Customer Services Specialist II

Responsibilities:

• The Customer Support Specialist II provides a vital link between mdxhealth customers, sales team and the commercial operations group
• The Customer Support Specialist II is responsible for maintaining a high standard of service with their respective customers group, which is comprised of both assigned accounts and sales personnel
• This role works closely with an assigned regional sales team to support customer activities and sales objectives

Requirements:

• Candidate must reside in the Unites States
• The shift is Monday thru Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm (Pacific time)
• Three plus years' previous customer service experience
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing procedures, policies and work environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Two plus years related sales support experience is preferred
• Three plus years customer service experience in healthcare or a clinical reference laboratory, preferred
