Revenue Marketing Manager

RxERP is a growing software company serving the pharmaceutical supply chain. They are seeking a Revenue Marketing Manager to develop and execute revenue marketing strategies that generate interest, qualified opportunities, and pipeline for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute RxERP’s revenue marketing strategy in close partnership with the CRO and sales team
• Develop focused campaigns for pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, 3PL providers and other priority market segments
• Turn customer conversations, industry challenges and product capabilities into clear messaging and compelling campaigns
• Own campaign execution across email, LinkedIn, webinars, events, paid programs, partner marketing and targeted account outreach
• Create and repurpose content, including customer stories, case studies, thought leadership, sales materials, event follow-up and industry-specific campaigns
• Build stronger pre-event and post-event programs so conferences, associations and speaking opportunities generate measurable engagement and pipeline
• Support account-based marketing efforts for high-value prospects and strategic accounts
• Work with sales to improve lead follow-up, qualification, handoff and ongoing prospect engagement
• Manage outside vendors, agencies and tools when they add value, while maintaining internal ownership of strategy and results
• Measure marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced meetings, opportunities, pipeline and revenue
• Build repeatable processes, campaigns and playbooks that can support future SDR and AE hiring

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B SaaS revenue marketing, demand generation, growth marketing or a closely related role
• Evidence that you have personally built and executed campaigns—not only managed employees, agencies or vendors
• Experience connecting marketing activity to qualified meetings, opportunities, pipeline or revenue
• Strong writing, messaging and communication skills
• The ability to understand a complex product and translate it into clear customer-facing language
• Comfort working closely with sales and being accountable for shared revenue outcomes
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
• Experience using data to evaluate campaign performance and make decisions
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve the quality, speed and scale of your work
• Strong project-management skills and the ability to move multiple initiatives forward without requiring a large support team
• Comfort working in a small company where priorities can move quickly and resources must be used thoughtfully
• A willingness to get into the details, solve problems and build the playbook rather than wait for one to be handed to you
