Sales Development Representative - tech

ChimeBuddy is a technology platform that helps senior living communities stay connected and engaged. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Tech role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting outreach, and collaborating with the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for ChimeBuddy’s platform
• Researching senior living communities
• Conducting outbound calls and emails
• Responding to inbound inquiries
• Scheduling product demos for the sales team
• Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
• Following up on leads
• Collaborating with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
• Learning the product
• Understanding customer needs
• Providing clear, professional communication with prospects

Requirements:

• Inside Sales and Sales skills to manage outreach, discovery calls, and pipeline development
• Lead Generation and Business Development skills to identify prospects and create new opportunities
• Strong Communication skills for clear, empathetic interactions with senior living stakeholders
• Comfort with technology platforms, CRM tools, and remote collaboration software
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and meet targets
• Experience in SaaS, health tech, or senior living markets is beneficial
• Prior SDR or sales experience and a record of achieving or exceeding goals is preferred
