Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Email/CRM)

Inner Balance is a women's health company focused on improving access and outcomes in hormone health. They are seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the email and CRM strategy, implementing it within Klaviyo while independently managing campaigns and testing programs.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end email and CRM strategy across all product lines (Oestra, Libida, BodyMatched derm lines, NAD+/Peptides), including acquisition nurture, onboarding, retention, win-back, and post-purchase flows
• Build and maintain a prioritized testing roadmap covering subject lines, send times/cadence, segmentation logic, flow structure, and offer strategy with deep understanding of data analytics
• Develop segmentation and lifecycle stages tailored to each product's customer journey, including subscription and one-time purchase paths
• Set channel-level goals and report on performance against them
• Personally build and deploy campaigns and automated flows within Klaviyo — this is not a strategy-only role
• Independently design and lay out emails when needed, using existing brand guidelines and templates
• Partner with the design team on more complex or high-visibility creative, briefing them clearly and giving direction rather than needing direction
• Maintain clean list hygiene, deliverability practices, and Klaviyo account structure (flows, segments, tags, integrations) as the program scales
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, drawing conclusions that hold up under scrutiny rather than declaring premature winners
• Use Klaviyo's native analytics alongside our in-house multi-touch attribution model (BigQuery/Looker) to understand true incremental impact of email/CRM, not just last-touch or platform-reported numbers
• Identify discrepancies between Klaviyo-reported performance and attribution and investigate root causes (tracking, attribution windows, event definitions)
• Bring data-backed recommendations to the broader marketing team, including where lifecycle should be prioritized relative to paid channels
• Work with the broader growth/marketing team to align lifecycle strategy with paid acquisition, promotions, and product launches
• Coordinate with engineering/dev on any technical integrations, custom event tracking, or data needs related to Klaviyo
• Ensure all campaigns and flows meet compliance requirements specific to prescription and compounded products

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in email marketing/lifecycle marketing/CRM, with meaningful time spent as the primary or sole owner of the channel
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Klaviyo — flow building, segmentation, A/B testing tools, deliverability management, and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to both set strategy and personally execute it, without relying on a larger team
• Working knowledge of basic email design/layout (can build a clean, on-brand email without a designer when needed)
• Strong analytical skills, including comfort working with attribution data outside of a single platform's native reporting
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B/multivariate tests
• Independent operator who can prioritize and manage their own roadmap with minimal oversight
• Experience with ecommerce or consumer subscription businesses
• Familiarity with multi-touch attribution concepts and tools
• Experience in health tech, digital health, or regulated consumer platforms
• Basic HTML/CSS email coding skills
• Experience with SMS as a complementary lifecycle channel
