Customer Service Representative Spanish Bilingual - Insurance

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is hiring full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives – fluent in English/Spanish to join our industry-leading Insurance Call Center team. The role involves assisting members with questions, delivering solutions, and engaging in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to AAA memberships
• Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services
• Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset
• Think quickly and critically to resolve issues—this is not a scripted environment
• Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance your performance

Requirements:

• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish, are required
• Prior customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time
• A flexible, “can-do” mindset and willingness to adapt to change
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must reside within 80 miles of 1225 Freeport Parkway, Coppell, TX 75019
• Dedicated, quiet workspace without interruptions
• Ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (No DSL, Satellite, Hot Spots, etc.)
• Modem/Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment with an internet speed of at least 50 mbps to 100 mbps for downloads & 10 mbps for uploads
• Internet service must adequately support the employee's work hours to ensure optimal voice & data quality
• Demonstrated ability to uphold productivity and confidentiality in a remote setting
• Regular attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions
• Availability during standard business hours and flexibility for possible shift adjustments
• Recent call center experience preferred
