Remote Law Firm Marketing & Business Development Manager

Builden Partners is hiring contract Marketing & Business Development Managers to lead marketing strategy for its law firm clients. The role supports a range of client marketing and business development activities, including strategic projects, content, events, campaigns, and collaboration with attorneys and junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies for mid-size and AmLaw firms
• Creating and implementing customized marketing infrastructure plans for clients
• Leading strategic marketing and business development projects for key clients
• Collaborating with attorneys to develop thought leadership content, presentations, brochures, web copy and other marketing materials
• Organizing industry conferences, webinars, podcasts and other events
• Conducting business development coaching
• Implementing social media strategy
• Managing ads and sponsorships
• Measuring performance of campaigns using analytics and advising on improvements
• Leading awards and directory submissions
• Drafting pitch materials, RFP responses and capability statements
• Leading brand and website redesigns
• Conducting marketing and business development training sessions
• Collaborating with attorneys on cross-selling initiatives
• Collaborating closely with Builden Partners’ junior team members by providing direction on project tasks and ensuring alignment on deliverables

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of law firm experience
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business or related field
• Ability to plan strategically and execute tactically
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional project management skills
• Strong client service focus
• Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
• Enjoys working within our process-driven model
• Highly focused, organized and intensely detail oriented
