They are seeking a Growth Marketing Coach to guide and elevate their marketing function, focusing on strategy development, performance improvement, and team coaching to support revenue growth and align with the company’s culture.

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead marketing strategies aligned with revenue and growth goals
• Identify opportunities to improve positioning, acquisition, and retention
• Translate business objectives into clear marketing priorities and initiatives
• Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s high-ticket model
• Coach and mentor the marketing team to improve execution and strategic thinking
• Define KPIs, expectations, and accountability frameworks for the team
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback
• Build a culture of ownership, proactivity, and continuous improvement
• Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
• Ensure campaigns are aligned with strategy, timelines, and performance targets
• Guide the team in optimizing campaigns based on data and results
• Step in when needed to unblock execution or improve outcomes
• Monitor key metrics and evaluate campaign performance across channels
• Analyze ROI and identify areas for optimization and growth
• Provide clear reporting and insights to leadership
• Use data to drive strategic decisions and improve marketing effectiveness
• Work closely with sales to ensure alignment between marketing and revenue goals
• Facilitate communication between marketing and other departments
• Ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and customer experience
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Introduce new ideas, strategies, and technologies to improve performance
• Continuously assess competitors and market opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and performance marketing
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching marketing teams
• Strong understanding of content, paid media, funnels, and customer journeys
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into strategic decisions
• Advanced Spanish (primary business language) and solid English communication
• Experience in fast-paced, results-driven environments
• Experience in coaching, consulting, or education-based businesses
• Background in high-ticket services or personal development industries
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern marketing tech stacks
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams
• Exposure to scaling businesses or growth-stage environments
