Growth Marketing Specialist

Azur Technology is transforming how MGAs launch and scale insurance products through MGA Connect, their Salesforce-powered platform. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to execute go-to-market strategies, drive awareness, and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing campaign production and execution
• CRM and GTM data quality across HubSpot, Salesforce, and Apollo
• Lead enrichment, segmentation, and list management
• Marketing operations supporting lead generation and qualification
• Sales enablement asset production
• Campaign reporting and performance tracking

Requirements:

• 2–4 years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and familiarity with Salesforce CRM
• Experience using Apollo (or similar sales intelligence/prospecting tools)
• Strong campaign execution skills across email, social, landing pages, and paid
• Comfortable creating polished marketing assets using Canva, Figma, or similar tools
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and systems-minded
• Comfortable working across marketing and sales teams
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or insurance is a plus
