Business Analyst

Corner Alliance is a dynamic, growing consulting firm that devotes itself to providing an enriching employee experience while working in meaningful ways to create results for the government. They are currently seeking a Business Analyst to identify workflow bottlenecks and process inefficiencies across a national program and design enhancements to improve operations.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with technical SMEs, program managers, and mission‑unit leadership to identify workflow bottlenecks, evaluate process inefficiencies, and propose and implement enhancements that improve consistency and throughput across program activities
• Assist in the development and management of standard operating procedures, templates, guidance documents, and workflow diagrams used across analysis, engineering, and program management functions
• Perform data validation and completeness checks across documents, datasets, and analytic outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Federal client’s quality standards
• Prepare draft and final program documentation - including summaries, briefing materials, governance packages, and process descriptions - for review by technical leaders, managers, and executives
• Maintain disciplined document control practices, versioning, and structured repository organization to ensure that program materials are discoverable, traceable, and compliant with audit and oversight requirements

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Public Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, workflow development, process mapping, or program operations within a technical, data‑driven, or telecommunications environment
• Experience supporting programs with rapid workload growth, complex governance processes, or multi‑stakeholder decision workflows
• Experience in working with technical SMEs, program managers, and leadership to identify workflow bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implement enhanced processes
• Experience with maintaining audit‑ready artifacts that document investment decisions, supporting evidence, dependencies, and outcomes, and document management
• US citizenship or permanent resident and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability
• Experience tracking performance metrics and trend analysis across multi-year timeframes
• Familiarity with stakeholder engagement tracking or program performance reporting
