A Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) Architect designs, builds, and manages secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud infrastructure and applications.

Experience Required: 15 to 20 years
Key Responsibilities: Architecture Design: Create, maintain, and implement comprehensive Google Cloud Platform cloud strategies, including IaaS and PaaS solutions. System Migration & Integration: Lead the migration of on-premises infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform, as well as hybrid or multi-cloud setups. Security & Compliance: Design secure cloud architectures, implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM), encryption, and compliance with standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud resources for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency (FinOps).
Technology Leadership: Provide technical guidance on Google Cloud Platform services (e.g., Compute Engine, GKE, BigQuery, Vertex AI), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration: Work with engineering, development, and operational teams to align technology with business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Google Cloud Platform Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with core Google Cloud Platform services (Compute, Storage, Networking).
- Certifications: Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification preferred.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager.
- Networking Knowledge: Strong understanding of VPCs, VPNs, Interconnect, and DNS.
- Containers/DevOps: Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE).
- Experience: 15+ years in cloud architecture.
